We are partnering with a reputable home builder in the Orlando market that is in search of local HOA Specialist a their team is growing they are adding on an additional HOA Coordinator and a HOA Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- HOA and community management processes and functions
- Working with Legal Counsel to draft and record all HOA Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws
- Communicate with Management Company for the build out and maintenance of the community
- Provides approvals for all improvement requests
- Negotiates and approves Management Company contracts
- Create, manage, and fully transition all HOA’s
- Manage community common area and amenity services; establish, re-evaluate, manage scope of work, contracts, and field issues
- Coordinate preparation of HOA budgets; establish and monitor fiscal practices and policies
