Role DescriptionThis full‑time, on‑site Service Manager role is located in Orlando, FL. The Service Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance operations for an apartment community, including managing maintenance staff, ensuring the completion of repair requests, and scheduling preventive maintenance. They will also work collaboratively to ensure safety, meet quality assurance standards, and support tenant satisfaction. The role includes managing inventory, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to maintain property conditions effectively.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and skills in property maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Proficiency in team management, including training, scheduling, and directing maintenance staff.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry compliance, safety regulations, and best practices in property maintenance.
- Relevant certifications (such as HVAC, EPA, CPO) preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
