Key Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Manager
  • Lead and mentor the Corporate AP team, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, approvals, tax review, and weekly payment cycles
  • Manage vendor setup, compliance documentation, ACH/wire enrollment, and vendor relationships
  • Reconcile AP ledger accounts, oversee aging reports, and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month‑end close, audit requests, and documentation of AP policies and procedures
Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Manager
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience supervising an AP team in a high-volume environment
  • Strong proficiency in AP systems and Excel, with the ability to improve workflows
