This established, family-owned construction and services organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the corporate AP function supporting multiple branches. Compensation: $90,000

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

• A centralized AP function where your leadership directly impacts accuracy and vendor satisfaction

• Lead and mentor the Corporate AP team, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight
• Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, approvals, tax review, and weekly payment cycles
• Manage vendor setup, compliance documentation, ACH/wire enrollment, and vendor relationships
• Reconcile AP ledger accounts, oversee aging reports, and resolve discrepancies
• Support month‑end close, audit requests, and documentation of AP policies and procedures

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience supervising an AP team in a high-volume environment
• Strong proficiency in AP systems and Excel, with the ability to improve workflows

• Takes initiative and enjoys creating structure, consistency, and efficiency
