Service Manager

Irvine Mechanical is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee our HVAC Service Department in Orlando, FL. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians
• Ensure service calls are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Manage department scheduling and dispatching for optimal efficiency and response time
• Monitor and control department budget (labor, materials, equipment)
• Track KPIs and service performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer retention

• 5–7+ years of HVAC service management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and service operations
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
• Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
