Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager- Manage all procurement and contracting activities, including competitive solicitations, cost analyses, and contract negotiations as the Procurement Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations (including Uniform Guidance), state statutes, and organizational policies while maintaining audit‑ready documentation as the Procurement Manager.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including performance monitoring, amendments, renewals, close‑outs, and vendor relations as the Procurement Manager.
- Collaborate with program, finance, and grant teams to align procurements with budgets, grant terms, dashboards, and organizational reporting needs as the Procurement Manager.
- Develop procurement tools, templates, procedures, training, and process improvements while serving as the primary resource for staff and stakeholders as the Procurement Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field; advanced degree or procurement certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible federal procurement and contract administration experience, including experience applying Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200)
- Strong project management, financial analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct preferred)
