Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Base Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 + performance bonus + equity
Location: Orlando, FL (onsite leadership presence with flexibility)

The Mandate

Our client is preparing for an accelerated growth chapter driven by acquisitions. They are seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to architect and oversee the integration engine that will support this expansion.

This is not a transactional M&A support role. It is a strategic operating position responsible for turning acquisitions into cohesive, high-performing business units. The VP will operate as a senior partner to the CEO and executive team, ensuring that integration efforts translate into measurable operational results.

Impact & Visibility

  • Trusted advisor to CEO, CFO, and executive leadership
  • Ownership of enterprise-wide integration strategy
  • Design and implementation of scalable operating frameworks
  • Key leadership role during an active acquisition cycle

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead post-acquisition integration across multiple business functions
  • Align Finance, HR, IT, and operational processes across entities
  • Establish standardized integration roadmaps and governance structures
  • Build reporting mechanisms that provide clarity and accountability
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication
  • Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating deal activity into structured, sustainable operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic operations, corporate development integration, or enterprise transformation
  • Experience with in private equity-backed or multi-entity environments
  • Demonstrated ability to scale infrastructure during high-growth phases
  • Working knowledge of Finance, HR, and IT functional alignment
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels
