Travel: Initial 1-2 weeks of training in Arizona required. Some travel may be required for the role.

We have a new location opened up in Orlando, Florida, and are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager eager to grow into a leadership role and support our warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

As our Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll support warehouse operations and help prepare equipment and teams for live events. Your responsibilities include:

Operations
  • Assist in daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and equipment staging
  • Support AV equipment testing, maintenance, and accurate preparation
  • Inspect and document gear conditions, coordinating repairs or replacements
  • Help oversee truck loading according to load sheets and timelines
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software (R2 experience is a plus)
  • Monitor expendables and assist in coordinating restocks with vendors
  • Help organize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA and DOT compliance standards
Team Support
  • Assist in supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling and training
  • Contribute to a productive and positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork and accountability
  • Support scheduling crew for gear prep, load-ins, and loadouts
Coordination and Logistics
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations team to fulfill event requirements
  • Participate in post-show debriefs to help improve equipment performance and processes
  • Assist in developing and documenting warehouse SOPs for consistency
  • Support inbound/outbound logistics with freight vendors
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 year warehouse experience required (audio-visual/live event experience required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach to solving problems
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, such as R2 preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to qualify for DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Commitment to teamwork, proactive problem‑solving, and priority management under tight deadlines
Work Schedule and Travel

This full-time position is typically Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evening/weekend requirements based on event schedules. Initial 1-2 weeks of training in Arizona required, plus occasional additional travel.
