Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and rapidly growing fitness environment? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the daily operations of a thriving Pilates brand. In this role, you will not only oversee operational excellence but also drive sales initiatives, elevate team performance and create scalable infrastructure across 3 locations.
By working closely with the ownership and meeting with team members daily, you will help streamline responsibilities and foster a culture of success. If you are a proven and confident leader with very strong organizational skills, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude, strong strategic mindset, and a knack for people management, we want you on our team!
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of diverse personalities, creating a vibrant and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance very welcoming and supportive team culture, employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance, excellent service delivery, and exceptional customer experience.
- Develop policies, processes, procedures and workflows to optimize daily operations and ensure employees training and continuing development and readiness for any scenarios, including proper troubleshooting operations.
- Develop KPIs, reporting mechanisms and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Strategize and implement robust sales initiatives and work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide coaching and support to team members on effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop robust data-driven mechanisms to track sales and employees performance across all revenue categories.
- Work closely with ownership to align operational objectives with the company’s vision and goals.
- Propose and execute new ideas and initiatives that drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Be a very resourceful critical thinker and problem solver.
- Meet with team members daily to understand their challenges and successes, providing guidance to elevate ownership responsibilities.
- Foster a team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Generate and review operational reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance overall efficiency.
- Set clear performance targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful operation of multiple locations in the future.
