Description: Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Air Dominance team in Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for leading the production capacity expansion activities for this program.
What You Will Be Doing- Lead the development of sustainment strategy and capability
- Lead the cross‑functional team to include direct reports responsible for establishing and facilitating the infrastructure across multiple sites and suppliers in support of sustainment
- Oversee day‑to‑day sustainment activities, including oversight of cost, schedule, contract requirements and execution for warranty
- Lead proposal activities and input for the associated new business efforts in support of DMSMS
- Be responsible for customer interface and communication to program teams

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications- Prior program management experience of sizable and complex activities
- Prior experience leading cross‑functional teams with direct reports responsible for quality, technical, schedule, and cost performance
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets
- Active Secret clearance with continuous investigation
- Previous sustainment and/or production management experience
- Demonstrated high integrity and professionalism
- Proven program or project leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams
- Ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Previous experience developing statements of work, program schedules and conducting customer negotiations
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

- Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our paid time off benefits. - Schedule for this Position: 4‑x‑10 hour day, 3 days off per week
