Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager- Lead full‑cycle AP operations—including invoice processing, vendor setup, payment runs, and close activities—as the Accounts Payable Manager
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to support SOX compliance and ensure accurate, compliant AP processing as the Accounts Payable Manager
- Drive AP‑related month‑end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis as the Accounts Payable Manager
- Partner cross‑functionally with Procurement, Legal, Operations, and Finance to optimize vendor setup, contract alignment, and transaction accuracy as the Accounts Payable Manager
- Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on automation, scalability, and efficient AP operations as the Accounts Payable Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5+ years of progressive AP or accounting experience including team leadership
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle AP operations, internal controls, SOX requirements, and US GAAP
- ERP proficiency (Net Suite preferred) and advanced Excel skills; experience in multi‑entity or multinational environments is a plus
