Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 base + bonus + equity
Orlando, FL - onsite with flexibility

Our client is entering a significant acquisition phase and is hiring a VP of Strategic Initiatives to help build the infrastructure that will support long-term growth. The VP of Strategic Initiatives will partner directly with executive leadership to ensure acquisitions are integrated strategically and operationally across the enterprise.

This VP of Strategic Initiatives role is highly visible, sitting at the center of expansion efforts and driving alignment across HR, IT, and Finance. The VP of Strategic Initiatives will not only support integrations but will also establish scalable processes that position the organization for continued acquisitions.

• Direct exposure to CEO, CFO, and executive leadership

• Lead integration strategy during a high-growth acquisition cycle

• Build repeatable integration frameworks and governance models

• Equity participation tied to growth initiatives

• Long-term runway as acquisitions continue

The VP of Strategic Initiatives will serve as the operational bridge between deal activity and day-to-day execution, ensuring each acquisition is integrated efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• The VP of Strategic Initiatives will lead enterprise initiatives tied to acquisitions and organizational scale

• Oversee cross-functional integration across HR, IT, and Finance

• Develop standardized playbooks, reporting structures, and governance frameworks

• Partner with senior leadership to align systems, processes, and organizational design

• Drive communication, change management, and accountability throughout integration cycles

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading strategic operations, transformation, or M&A integration initiatives

• Experience in multi-entity, high-growth, or private equity-backed environments

• Strong operational knowledge of Finance, HR, and IT functions
