Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

* The Operations Manager will direct and control the operational effectiveness of the warehouse and fleet operations within the market unit

* This role ensures appropriate inventory levels are maintained and timely reorders are placed and scheduled guaranteeing a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction

* You'll be responsible for maximizing fleet utilization and execution of warehouse initiatives, such as budget management and labor relations

* The Operations Manager must have firsthand knowledge of warehouse management systems to coordinate and develop special training programs for personnel

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

* Master's Degree
