What you will be doing:
- P&L Ownership
:
Lead regional financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability across multiple branch locations. - Market Expansion
:
Cultivate customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support growth into emerging markets. - Service Operations Leadership
:
Oversee field service, dispatch, and support functions to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. - Team Development
:
Mentor and manage branch leaders and service technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance. - Strategic Planning
:
Partner with executive leadership to forecast growth, plan staffing, and allocate resources for continued expansion.
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years in HVACR, mechanical contracting, or MEP operations leadership
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and meeting revenue/margin goals
- Experience leading multi-branch or multi-state service operations
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills - Willingness to travel 40–60% throughout the southeastern U.S.
