A well-established General Contractor with strong roots in Florida, particularly known for its early specialization in elevator modernization projects. The business continues to handle niche elevator-related work alongside a broader portfolio of commercial and federal/public sector projects, with a growing Orlando presence supported by leadership in West Palm Beach.

Job Description

• Manage or oversee small-to-mid size commercial and public sector projects
• Coordinate closely with internal teams performing MEP and carpentry scopes
• Drive project delivery using Procore and standard GC processes
• Work collaboratively with a tight-knit Orlando team (8-10 employees currently)
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• 3-10+ years' experience working for a General Contractor
• Experience with Procore is essential
• Exposure to MEP systems or electrical background is highly advantageous
• Strong personality, team-oriented mindset, and solid work ethic
