What You'll Own
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives to scale the business well beyond current revenue
  • Oversee all aspects of operations including project execution, financial performance, and client relationships
  • Own full P&L — budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability management
  • Lead legal and regulatory compliance including contract negotiations, labor law adherence, and claims resolution
  • Build and maintain a rigorous safety culture with accountability at every level of the organization
  • Manage insurance claims, loss ratios, and construction-related dispute resolution
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing executive leadership team
Must-Haves
  • 15+ years of construction industry experience with a track record of rising through operational ranks
  • Proven executive leadership at a specialty contractor or construction company — ideally someone who has helped scale a business past $100M in annual revenue
  • Full P&L ownership experience — budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to manage safety programs, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a construction environment
  • Experience handling claims management, legal disputes, and contract negotiations
  • History of building and leading strong management teams
  • On-site availability in Central Florida required — relocation assistance available
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience leading a business through a significant revenue growth milestone
  • Background in structural, foundation, or heavy civil contracting — tilt-wall, CIP, post-tension, or masonry experience a plus
  • Background in specialty concrete, masonry, or structural contracting
  • Established relationships with commercial developers, GCs, or production builders in Florida or the Southeast
