As a Project Safety Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building critical infrastructure across the country while directly shaping how safety is lived out in the field. Your voice matters here. You’ll have the authority to improve programs, influence job‑site decisions, and implement solutions that truly protect people, not just policies.

What You’ll Do as a Construction Safety ManagerYou’ll lead safety where it matters most: in the field. This role is hands‑on, people‑focused, and critical to protecting our crews and strengthening our jobsite culture every day.
- Lead field safety operations across multiple project sites.
- Audit jobsites, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions.
- Support Superintendents, Foremen, and crews as a hands‑on safety leader.
- Enforce Corporate Safety & Health Programs and regulatory compliance.
- Manage safety training, certifications, orientations, and documentation.
- Develop site‑specific safety plans and lead regulatory inspections.
- Deliver equipment and jobsite safety training as needed.
- Report safety performance and trends to the Director of Safety.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence crews in the field.
- Professional, confident communication at all levels of the team: from field to leadership.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, Workers’ Compensation, DOT, EPA regulations.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, active construction environments.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience.
We believe great people deserve great support. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000–$115,000 per year, based on your experience.
