SUMMARY

Supervises and coordinates activities and operations of the midway games, arcades, and remote-control amusement departments and staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervisesoperation,providing high-qualityguestserviceandmaintainingmerchandisingand cleanliness standards
  • Ensuresthatstaffisfullytrainedandhasfullknowledgeofalljobfunctions
  • Ensuresoperationisfullystockedandthatmerchandiseandvisualstandardsaremet
  • Maintainsahighlevelofguestservicebyensuringthatmerchandising/recoveryiscompletedandthat register and guest service area is processing guests in a timely manner
  • Ensurescomplaintsfromguestsarequicklyresolved
  • Workswith Games Managertodevelopcreativeplanstoincreaseoperationsales
  • Trains,supervises,motivates,anddevelopsstaff
  • Assuresstaffconformstoorganizationalpoliciesandprocedures
  • Provides day-to-dayguidanceandoversightofsubordinates
  • Assistswiththeunloadingoftrucks,sortingofmerchandise,stockinggames,andthereconciliationof all cash and inventory transactions
  • Carriesoutrelateddutiesinotheroperationsthroughoutthe United Statestosupporttheneedsofthe  Company
  • Ensuresthatthesiteoperatesinfullcompliancewithapplicablelaws,regulations,andcompany policies
  • Conductsselfinapositivemannerwhendealingwithparkpersonnel,guests,and vendors
  • Keepsuptodateonoverallactivitiesoftheteam,identifyingproblemareas, andtakingcorrective actions
  • Prepares all necessary reports and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner Performs other related duties as assigned by management

  • Carriesoutsupervisoryresponsibilitiesinaccordancewiththeorganization’spoliciesandapplicable laws
