As an integral part of our field operations team, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, guiding designated restaurants and the General Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Managers and team members to reach new heights in guest satisfaction, boost sales, and optimize profitability. Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: monitors daily operations of each restaurant within the district to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborates with general restaurant managers to create plans for managing all aspects of profit and loss (P&L) and provides guidance on resolving restaurant-level issues.
  • Analyzes financial reports, identifies trends, and implements strategies to improve profitability.
  • Reviews period budget for the district and meets regularly with the team to discuss current budget trends, communicating any variances to the Company Operations Director.
  • Ensures that company standards for product quality and safety are consistently upheld.
  • Reviews guest feedback metrics and works with managers to enhance guest satisfaction by empowering them to address concerns as they arise and coaching them to be proactive.
  • Oversees and inspects the execution of restaurant cleaning plans and maintenance activities.
  • Ensures all locations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
  • Conducts regular audits and inspections timely and ensures any issues found are resolved.
  • Sales Growth: collaborates with the Field Marketing Manager on local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to restaurants.
  • Team Leadership and Development: develops and coaches managers on running effective shifts, nurturing employee development and fostering engagement within the restaurant and market.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with General Managers to discuss key business priorities. Plans ahead with managers to identify, evaluate, and appropriately respond to labor efficiency issues, cash/security concerns, and health department inspections.
  • Responsible for creating a culture of employee engagement, learning, and development, and for providing constructive feedback.
  • Promotes a culture of exceptional service by modeling best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications
  • Food Safety Certified
  • Valid Driver's License
Required Skills

  • Ability to proactively develop creative solutions.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and general systems experience required
Preferred Skills
  • 4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants.
  • At least two years of General Manager Experience with direct P&L accountability.
  • QSR Experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Previous District Manager/Multi-Unit Operator Experience preferred
