** THE WORK*
* The role reports directly to the F 35 Training Development Sub Market Segment Finance and Business Operations Manager and is accountable for the day to day business management functions of the F 35 Training & Logistics Development portfolio  annual revenue ≈ $250 M   This role leads, mentors, and develops a team of five to six early career finance professionals and will contribute to overall lead responsibilities of Development portfolio

Key responsibilities include:

- Interfacing with senior leadership across TLS, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and functional program managers

- Coordinating cross functional actions and delivering effective solutions

- Implementing 1

LMX processes and procedures, supporting audit activities, and establishing new program baselines and cost estimates

- Managing Earned Value Management  EVM  reporting and ensuring accurate internal OSEC  Orders Sales EBIT Cash  reporting

 Ability to provide training and assistance to junior team members

 Master's degree

 F 35 Experience

 Familiarity with LM Systems  Hyperion, Cobra, SAP, Open Plan, Winsight, ECE
