Residential New Construction And Service Plumbing Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Residential New Construction and Service Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee and manage our plumbing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service plumbing projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.
- P & L responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all plumbing projects.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on new construction and service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
