Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs;
Expected to help lead the crew both on and off the golf course throughout the day;
Ability / Willingness to train new employees on every aspect of golf course maintenance;
Ability to communicate with Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent / Equipment Technicians when any needs may arise;
Must be able to lead by example and supervise in the absence of management
