As a District Manager at CR Fitness, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Crunch Fitness locations within your market. Your role is to drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and develop strong leadership teams that deliver exceptional member experience. You'll spend the first six months mastering our systems and culture at the club level before transitioning into full multi‑site leadership.

• Driving sales, revenue growth, and member retention.
• Building, coaching, and developing high‑performance leadership teams.

• Spending at least 6 months working inside a single club to master culture and systems before transitioning to full multi‑site leadership.
