Learning Operations Manager

Signature Aviation is building a modern Learning & Career Development function focused on strengthening leadership capability, accelerating role readiness, and improving business performance across the enterprise. The Manager, Learning Operations & Vendor Management serves as the operational backbone of the Learning & Career Development function, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-impact delivery of enterprise learning solutions.

This role is responsible for managing learning operations, delivery governance, analytics, and external vendor partnerships that support Signature's learning strategy. The role ensures seamless execution of learning programs, strong learner experience, effective intake and prioritization of learning requests, and operational excellence across all learning initiatives. Working closely with Learning Business Partners, HRIS, business stakeholders, and external partners, this role translates learning demand into efficient execution and scalable delivery.

Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, project management, analytical capability, and the ability to optimize learning processes, vendor performance, and learner experience.
