Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing a variety of contracts focused on the development of our Multi‑Domain Test Solutions (MTS) automated test equipment. The candidate will support all aspects of program execution—including cost, schedule, and technical performance—to meet contract baseline. The role involves integrating disparate data during execution, driving appropriate processes, identifying and managing issues, risks, and opportunities, and developing corrective action paths when necessary.
- Support new business capture and pursuit tasks within our missile test portfolio, including ROM and proposal efforts
- Support strategic engagement, assisting the LMS VP and Director with engagement activities and tracking action items
- Support baseline reviews and 1
LMX implementation - Maintain current VEMO demand
- Produce content for IPT meetings
- Assist with risk and operations management
- Support supplier parts arrival and operation metrics for production builds; help drive builds to meet schedule
- Assist teams with metric collection and review with the Portfolio Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to qualify for a Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated program management and customer interface experience as a Deputy PM, CAM, etc.
- Ability to lead and motivate a cross‑functional program team
- Ability to develop, create, and execute a strategy to grow new business opportunities including proposals
- Experience with cost, schedule, technical, and risk and opportunity management
- Experience troubleshooting and leading through program performance issues
- Be onsite in the office greater than 50% of the time
- Ability to travel on an as‑needed basis
- Experience working with other LM Business areas (LM Aero, LM MFC, and LM Space)
- Experience working across LM RMS Lines of Business (LOBs)
- Experience working with development, production, and sustainment contracts
- Automated Test Equipment programmatic experience
- Demonstrated proposal management experience
- Understanding of the principles and practice of Earned Value Management
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
