Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimization strategies across multiple properties and markets. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for generating $35M–$60M+ in annual rental revenue
, shaping pricing and inventory decisions, and driving measurable improvements in occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.

Why This Role MattersAs a Regional Revenue Manager, you will serve as a key business leader, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure revenue strategies are aligned and delivering results. You'll have direct influence on business performance while leading and developing a team of Revenue Analysts and Reservations professionals.
What You'll Do- Drive revenue growth across 5–7 properties and multiple markets
- Develop and execute short- and long-term pricing and inventory strategies
- Lead revenue strategy meetings and provide guidance to Sales and Marketing teams
- Own annual budgets, forecasts, and revenue plans for assigned properties
- Analyze booking pace, market demand, competitive trends, and citywide events to identify opportunities and risks
- Evaluate group business through displacement analysis and profitability assessments
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to maximize revenue and profitability
- Partner with third-party distribution channels to drive profitable demand
- Oversee and develop Revenue Analysts, Revenue Managers, and Reservations teams
- Create operational efficiencies and support system integrations across departments
- Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to leadership based on performance, forecasts, budgets, and market conditions
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 3–5 years of related Revenue Management experience
- Previous leadership or managerial experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Deep understanding of Revenue Management principles and best practices
- Strong financial analysis and strategic decision-making skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that improve occupancy, ADR, revenue, and RevPAR
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years of related hospitality revenue management experience
- CRME Certification
- Experience with Hilton systems, including OnQ R&I
- Experience working with Revenue Management Systems (RMS)
