Real Estate Title Division Manager Opportunity
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Division Manager opportunity with a well-established national Title Company for the Orlando, FL area. The Real Estate Title Division Manager will be responsible for below specific duties.
Specific duties will include:
- Manage the daily operations of the title department and ensure efficient workflows.
- Partner with Senior Management to implement operational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between title, escrow, and other business units to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Analyze and enhance operational processes and service quality across all Orlando branch locations.
- Monitor departmental expenses and assist with office management responsibilities as needed.
- Oversee residential, commercial, subdivision, and exchange transactions.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Allocate resources, establish priorities, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and title insurance standards.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Florida Title Agent License.
- Strong process management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- 5–7 years of related industry experience.
- 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with Soft Pro software.
Pay Rate Range: $70-75K base salary plus incentive for a total yearly compensation of $160-165K Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
