• Run the business – Lead all day‑to‑day operations: staffing, scheduling, performance, and execution – to deliver a high‑performing site.
• Build and lead a winning team – Hire, train, coach, and develop your team to perform at a high level and grow within EL; create succession depth.
• Deliver a standout customer experience – Set the standard for fast, friendly, flawless service; resolve concerns quickly and turn moments into lasting loyalty.
• Build collaborative culture – Create an environment where the team works together, handles conflict constructively, and holds each other to the standard without you having to manage every interaction.
• Drive performance and results – Own sales, labor, and operational metrics—read the data, explain variance, and take action before it becomes a pattern.
• Lead with safety and compliance – Enforce all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for customers and team members at all times.
• Own equipment and uptime – Maintain equipment, minimize downtime, and ensure everything is running reliably.
• Use data to lead – Analyze reports, financials, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Customer‑Centric Approach – Sets service expectations, coaches team members on customer interactions, and addresses service issues quickly.
• Problem‑Solving – Resolves operational issues, supports team problem solving, and escalates when needed.
