Responsibilities
- EOR on significant projects
- lead a group of 4 to 8 engineers and detailers
- supporting pursuit and marketing efforts throughout Florida
- manage project production, acquisition, and financial management
- ensure quality technical services are provided to clients
- conduct performance reviews and career planning sessions
- Bachelor's degree in field of practice
- Post graduate degree preferred
- Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
- 15 years of experience since B.S.
- at least three years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage individuals and teams
