AP Manager

• Manage the AP disbursement group, handling all check disbursements, 1099 filings, and tax‑related matters.
• Design, implement, and maintain AP systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Oversee the monthly closing of financial records and posting of month‑end information.
• Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approval; monitor spending and recommend variances as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Address performance issues and recommend personnel actions.
• Motivate and reward employees, including providing salary increases, bonuses, and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
