Parts Manager

Full-Time

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with experience managing inventory and parts operations? We're looking for a Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and ensure our Service Team, Sales Team, and customers have the right parts at the right time.

What You'll Do

As our Parts Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department
  • Order, receive, stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Process warranty, vendor, and customer returns
  • Support service technicians by ensuring parts are available for scheduled repairs
  • Assist retail customers and internal departments with parts identification, pricing, and ordering
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using dealership management software
  • Monitor inventory performance, purchasing trends, and departmental profitability
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized parts department
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or dealership parts operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the boating, marine, automotive, RV, trucking, or heavy equipment industry
  • Experience using Lightspeed dealership management software
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
