JOB SUMMARY
The UDX Franchise Strategy team drives the global vision and strategic development and execution of franchise strategy and plans to cultivate IP growth and drive revenue throughout the franchise ecosystem. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- In close partnership with the Director, oversee the team and approval process for usage of 30+ IPs on behalf of UDX by ensuring the IP Team is providing clear and detailed explanations for submission requests to get favorable approval responses from our IP stakeholders.
- Oversee the tools and training of internal teams to ensure they are adhering to the process and are aware of compliance issues associated with using IPs in their materials. Work with internal leaders to correct habitual compliance related issues to ensure required information is received and items can move forward through the submission process quickly and smoothly.
- With focus on technology, develop and execute process efficiencies with both internal and external stakeholders that make review of North America approval requests more streamlined. Collaborate with Director of IP Partnerships on strategic planning assignments including internal resource allocation and project workflow decisions.
- Serve as a champion for best-in-class culture with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation and inclusion. Lead the professional development of direct reports through continuous training and coaching. Manage direct reports full‑cycle including but not limited to managing team member performance, concerns, engagement, performance reviews and goals.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE7 years’ general experience; 5+ years in Franchise Management or Brand Marketing preferred
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Based in Orlando with periodic travel (up to 10%) to Los Angeles or other partner locations.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
