The Regional Warranty Manager oversees warranty operations across multiple dealership locations within an assigned region, ensuring compliance, maximizing warranty recovery, and improving claim processing efficiency. This role serves as the primary liaison among dealerships, corporate leadership, and OEM representatives, supporting dealership service managers and warranty administrators. Reporting directly to the RGM, the Regional Warranty Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and consistency in warranty processes across the region.

Job Functions
- Oversee regional warranty operations across dealership locations by assigning work, monitoring task completion, ensuring accountability, and maintaining adherence to established standards and deadlines.
- Provide direct oversight, leadership, development, and required OEM warranty training for regional warranty administrative personnel.
- Review, audit, and approve warranty claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with OEM and company requirements.
- Monitor warranty performance metrics, recovery rates, claim trends, rejections, aged write‑offs, and financial results; identify root causes and implement corrective actions to maximize recovery and reduce claim denials.
- Develop, standardize, and deliver warranty processes, procedures, best practices, and training programs for service managers, advisors, technicians, warranty administrators, and other dealership personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison with OEM warranty representatives, supporting audits, field visits, disputed claims, escalated warranty matters, and alignment with regional and corporate warranty objectives.
- Conduct regular dealership site visits to assess warranty compliance, documentation, record‑keeping, audit readiness, WCC task management, and consistent execution of warranty standards.
- Prepare and present regular reporting and monthly operational reviews to the RGM on warranty performance, compliance risks, financial impact, operational trends, and recommended corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of dealership or OEM warranty management experience, with multi‑location oversight strongly preferred.
- Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
- A valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the company’s insurance provider.
