Cintas is seeking a Senior Regional Safety & Heath Coordinator to provide group level and location management guidance and support for assigned locations regarding the effective administration of safety and health programs. Support management efforts for assigned group/locations to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses; reduce vehicle accidents, and comply with OSHA standards. Provide management at assigned group/locations with guidance regarding the effective administration of safety and health programs.
Support group/location management efforts to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses; reduce vehicle accidents, and comply with OSHA standards Establish and maintain an effective communication system to ensure relevant safety and health information is provided to group executive, location management teams and partners on a timely basis.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor Degree with 10 years full time safety experience and CSP/CIH certification;
Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards. Ability to recognize compliance and risk issues and situations. Knowledge of safety and health management systems and practices. Ability to recommend, develop, and implement compliance strategies and plans Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Willingness to travel 60% of time.
