Magnifica Air seeks a Director of Flight Operations to lead a brand-new luxury airline program from certification through start of operations. You will own flight operations strategy, build a high-performing team, and report to the leadership group.
You’ll oversee flight ops, dispatch, SOC, safety, and regulatory compliance, including FAA/TSA and international rules, while mentoring staff and shaping policies. This is a rare chance to shape a premium brand.
