Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role will lead an Outreach and Prevention Program focused on supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
The Program Manager will oversee program operations, staff supervision, grant compliance, reporting, community partnerships, and service quality. Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery for outreach, prevention, housing navigation, case management, and stabilization services.
- Supervise, coach, and support program staff through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting standards, HMIS documentation, and program policies.
- Monitor program outcomes, KPIs, service trends, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen program effectiveness.
- Build and maintain partnerships with landlords, community organizations, healthcare providers, government agencies, and other service partners.
- Represent the organization at community meetings, partner discussions, and collaborative initiatives.
- Pay: $56,000 per year, exempt.
- Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. - Benefits: PTO, medical insurance stipend, and more.
