Job Description:

Other duties as assigned. Develops and implements process improvements to enhance project and program efficiency. Ensures that all projects adhere to organizational standards and best practices. Develops comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria. Collaborates with key stakeholders to document and align project goals and deliverables. Integrates individual projects into the overall program portfolio for cohesive management and governance.

Coordinates with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. Establishes metrics and tracking systems to monitor project progress and outcomes. Holds team members accountable for meeting project milestones and performance standards. Facilitates regular meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. Identifies and mitigates risks that could impact project timelines, scope, or success.

Provides clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment across all project participants. Analyzes and reports on project performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with senior executive teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to analyze, plan, develop and implement assigned initiatives. [Required]
  • Ability to conduct oneself professionally, maintaining confidence, confidentiality, integrity, alignment with strategies, and objectivity. [Required]
  • High level of emotional intelligence, including self‑awareness. [Required]
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in order to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. [Required]

  • High competency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project. [Required]

  • Proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple programs and projects. [Required]
  • Working knowledge of project management, market research & data analytics. [Required]
  • Ability to work in a matrix‑management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required]
  • Professional decision‑making and proposing recommendations on short‑ and long‑term strategy development concerning matters of major importance to our leaders [Preferred]
Education:
  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
  • in Healthcare or Business Administration or related area
Work Experience:
  • 3+ management experience [Required]
  • 5+ healthcare experience [Required]
  • 7+ applicable work experience [Required]
  • Progressive healthcare leadership experience in a hospital system, ambulatory facilities and employed/private physician practice settings [Preferred]
