- Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources

- Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Allocate tasks and resources efficiently across teams and vendors
- Adjust staffing and resources based on project needs
- Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and industry requirements
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly
- Lead, support, and motivate project teams
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and productivity
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance
- Identify lessons learned and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or in a similar role in commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Florida code and general construction processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
