Program Integrator
Yulista Solutions LLC Regular Yulista Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator to support the Aerospace Systems Engineering (ASE) Group in Huntsville, Alabama. The Program Integrator partners with Directors and Program Managers to coordinate program execution, resource planning, financial performance, and customer engagement across aerospace, engineering, test and evaluation (T&E), training, and modeling & simulation (M&S) programs. This position serves as a key liaison between leadership, customers, and functional teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently, meet contractual requirements, and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support Directors and Program Managers in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned programs and projects.
- Coordinate program activities to ensure cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Assist with program budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, cost tracking, and program-level financial performance.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, schedules, action items, and executive status reports.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, customer meetings, and leadership briefings.
- Support engineering, test and evaluation (T&E), training, and modeling & simulation (M&S) initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and project deliverables.
- Monitor program risks, issues, and corrective actions, providing recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, corporate policies, and customer expectations.
- Support Quality, Safety, and Training initiatives in coordination with corporate functional teams.
- Assist with proposal development, transition planning, and strategic growth initiatives as assigned.
- Supervise assigned personnel and provide day-to-day leadership, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Controls, or a related discipline supporting Department of Defense programs.
- Experience supporting aerospace, engineering, test and evaluation, training, or modeling & simulation programs preferred.
- Experience with program budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and financial tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting U.S. Government or Department of Defense contracts.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of government contracting, program lifecycle management, and contract execution.
- Experience supporting proposal development and program transitions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Up to 20% travel may be required to support customer meetings, program reviews, test events, training activities, and business operations. Active Secret Security Clearance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
