Job Description
A large concrete construction company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its Orlando operation focused on heavy equipment and crane operations. This individual will be responsible for branch profitability, employee development, equipment utilization, customer relationships, and overall operational excellence. Orlando focuses on heavy equipment and crane operations.
Responsibilities- Lead all branch operations, including equipment, logistics, customer service, and personnel management
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Manage branch financials, budgets, and capital planning
- Develop and mentor employees while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner with customers to understand project needs and provide equipment solutions
- Ensure equipment availability, operational readiness, and efficient utilization
- Improve processes and drive consistency throughout operations
- Support safety initiatives and company operational standards
- Work closely with leadership on strategic branch initiatives and business growth

- 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, equipment rental, formwork, heavy equipment, industrial operations, or related industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving accountability
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, capital expenditures, or P&L responsibilities
- Ability to work with both field personnel and executive leadership
- 10-15 years of industry experience
- Formwork experience strongly preferred
- Multi-site management experience
- Experience leading skilled trades or construction operations teams
