The Director of Enterprise Logistics and Test Solutions (ELTS) leads a portfolio of programs including but not limited to, the Navy's suite of test equipment solutions (eCASS), F-35 test equipment solutions (LM-STAR® and PBL), LM-CORE™ (FBM, MK21, THAAD/PAC3), person portable testers (COLT), Joint Asset Management Equipment System (JAMES), and Project Alexander. The ELTS Director is responsible for approximately 25 Program Managers and 600 matrix and non-matrix functional employees that support customers across the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
This role is responsible for cost, schedule, growth, and technical performance of the ELTS portfolio and will be the primary interface for internal and external customers. This role is responsible for setting portfolio growth strategy, ensuring program performance, driving innovation and agility throughout the portfolio, and delivering on financial commitments for ELTS. The Director will be responsible for maintaining strong positive relationships with internal and external customers, while modeling our core values to do what's right, respect others, and perform with excellence.
