Project Manager, Industrial Water

• Leading team efforts for marketing and strategy development.
• Prospect identification, proposal development, client presentations, project budgeting and contracting.
• Accountable for new business objectives and overall project performance.

• External focus: interact with assigned clients and participate in client activities.
• Support development of overall market business plan, market strategies, and client engagement strategies.

• Oversight of engineering manager(s) and development of project performance goals.
• Active involvement with internal project team and owner project representatives on project activities.
• Performance and commercial management: budgeting, invoicing, payments, and lead project performance reviews.

• Team development, mentoring and coaching on performance improvement.
• Recommendations for training, promotion of assigned professionals, and identification of new candidates.

• Act as project manager and manage a project team, varying by project.

• 15+ years of water/wastewater experience with demonstrated experience in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering License and Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills, including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records).
