Leadership Development Manager

The Leadership Development Manager is a key member of the Talent/HR team responsible for driving Master Corp's leadership development strategy and programs. This role oversees the design, implementation, and management of leadership development initiatives, including building and maintaining leadership curricula for all leadership levels, managing and facilitating the Center of Excellence (COE) program, and delivering leadership training to frontline, field, and corporate audiences.

The Manager partners closely with leaders across the organization to identify capability needs, ensure learning solutions align with business objectives, and support Master Corp's strategic priorities. As a critical contributor to building leadership capability across the organization, this position helps strengthen the leadership pipeline and drive organizational effectiveness.

The role is based in Orlando, FL, requires up to 30% overnight travel, and bilingual Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development or a related field and four (4) to five (5) years of related experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, with hands-on instructional design and facilitation experience.
  • Proven ability to facilitate leadership content for manager and supervisor audiences, both in person and virtually.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE), and e-learning development tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including multi-day training events, logistics, and materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), and video editing software (e.g., Powtoon) as well as learning management systems, preferably Workday LMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and demonstrate training impact.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred, with direct experience supporting a field facing/ multi-site or hourly workforce
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
