• Lead from the Front:As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands‑on with the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while jumping in and helping wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service).
• Manage Operations:Oversee the production line, maintain quality standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.
• Support & Develop Your Team:Lead by example, provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow and succeed.
• Maintain a Positive Culture:You’ll create a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere—whether you’re coaching your team or serving guests, the goal is always to inspire excellence.

• Reliable:You have a driver’s license, your own vehicle, and dependable transportation to get to work.
