DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes turnkey PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repower projects, including collection substations and generation transmission lines. The team partners with vendors, subcontractors, utilities, and internal capabilities to deliver disciplined project execution and strong customer outcomes nationwide.

Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.

Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs while making timely decisions that improve project outcomes.

Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for contribution, and aligning strengths to project and business needs.

Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to support transparent communication and disciplined execution.

Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by resolving challenges, honoring commitments, and creating mutual long-term value.
