  • Collaborate with current firm leaders in market positioning with FDOTs, toll agencies and major local owners; identify and shape upcoming opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on procurement, delivery methods, and risk posture, while representing the firm through industry engagement and thought leadership
  • Lead the end-to-end capture process for alternate delivery pursuits, including go/no-go decisions, teaming, pricing strategy and win themes
  • Select and negotiate teaming arrangements with contractors and specialty partners, and direct proposal development, interviews, and shortlist strategies aligned with client evaluation criteria
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of alternate delivery opportunities
  • Provide oversight for major alternate delivery projects to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
  • Lead resolution of critical technical, constructability, permitting, and stakeholder challenges, applying risk-based design, cost, schedule, and quality management practices to minimize exposure and avoid claims
  • Champion integration of design, construction, and operations across all disciplines
  • Grow the alternate delivery practice, including hiring, mentoring, retention and succession planning, and develop internal capabilities through coaching and training in alternative delivery best practices
  • Plan and allocate resources across concurrent pursuits and projects while fostering a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration and quality
  • Drive financial and operational performance, including revenue forecasting, margin, backlog and utilization
  • Lead contract negotiations with a balanced focus on competitiveness and risk mitigation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for pursuits and delivery, and promote continuous improvement, innovation and lessons learned across the practice
