We are seeking an experienced Apartment Community Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and develop a high-performing team at The Debra Metrowest in Orlando, FL.
Our Community Managers operate their communities as business leaders, overseeing operations, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, team development, and financial performance.

- Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional service.
- Deliver outstanding resident experiences that drive satisfaction, retention, and community reputation.
- Own property performance, including budget management, revenue growth, occupancy, and operational results.
- Drive leasing success, renewal performance, and customer service standards across the community.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
- Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities that maximize community performance and long-term asset value.
- At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
- 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
- Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
- Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
- Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
- Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, One Site, Smart Rent, Salesforce etc.)
- Flexible schedule availability to work during ouroffice hours. Typical schedule will be
Tuesday
- Saturday,10:00am - 6:30pm
(hours may vary based on community and season). - Reliable transportation.
