Orlando and Tampa Bay are two of our fastest-growing markets. You'll step in with three centers open today and plans to grow to five in the near term so you'll help shape and scale the region. We want a proven multi-unit leader who wants a real career building better kids, in a role where results directly drive earnings.
Compensation- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience
- Performance Bonus (tiered, highly attainable): +$10K / +$20K / +$30K per year
- Total Comp Potential: $70,000-$110,000+
- Plus: PTO & sick leave, mileage reimbursement, free uniforms, employee discounts, and full training
- Operations: Own the operational health of 3–5 centers including brand standards, KPIs, cleanliness, safety, and the family experience. Analyze P&Ls, labor schedules, and budgets, and act on variances. Serve as the escalation point for maintenance, safety, staffing, and member issues.
- Sales & Growth: Hold GMs accountable for lead management, CRM hygiene, trial conversion, and retention. Coach on local marketing, events, camps, and party programs. Build action plans for growth.
- People: Directly lead, develop, and evaluate your GMs as their primary coach and performance manager. Recruit, hire, onboard, and offboard. Run 1:1s, reviews, and center visits.
- Coaching: Complete Kid Strong coach certification and be ready to step in to cover classes, parties, and camps when staffing needs arise. This is an active, hands-on role!
- Culture: Be a visible invested leader across every center. Uphold our core values, safety protocols, and brand standards region-wide.
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit management, ideally in fitness, youth programming, retail, or a service-based franchise
- Proven ability to lead and develop location-level managers as direct reports, with measurable results
- Strong financial acumen: comfortable reading P&Ls and interpreting KPIs
- Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- An athletic / coaching background and a genuine passion for working with kids (ages walking to 11)
- Exceptional communication; responsive via Slack and email including outside center hours
- Able to travel regularly across Central Florida and Tampa Bay; field-first, with weekend presence required
- Able to remain on your feet across locations and lift up to 50 lbs
- CPR, First Aid, and Epi Pen certifications required (can be obtained post-hire)
