  • Quickly address production issues related to materials and processes, ensuring root causes of issues are understood and solutions are robust and cost-effective.
  • Provide on-the-job training for materials and processes.
  • Train other engineers on material usage and processes.

  • Make oneself available to operators.
  • Collaborate with Factory personnel.
