Overview
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join our team and lead our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to quality control and safety. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for managing personnel, monitoring budgets, and ensuring that all production goals are met in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant management and a commitment to meeting production targets.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant.
- Monitor and evaluate plant performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Train and supervise staff.
