Production Associate

Overview

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a reliable and physically fit Production Laborer to work primarily in our cold production room in a fast-paced environment. This position involves constant physical labor, material handling, food preparation, and sanitation. The ideal candidate must possess a positive outlook, a willingness to learn, and be able to stand for the entire shift.

• Key Duties
  :
  • Physical Labor: Requires constant lifting of 50 lbs. and occasionally more inside the cooler production room.
  • Work Environment:
    Must be able to work in a cold environment for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Production Rotation: Daily tasks rotate between working the production table (which includes cutting and prepping fruits and vegetables) and working in the packing room (which involves lifting buckets).
  • Food Prep & Sanitation: Includes fruit washing, prepping, cutting, and performing sanitation duties by cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, tools, and production areas throughout the shift.
